It would also be generous for a leader to get the partners of the individuals and have them come over all dressed up. This will then be a perfect opportunity for the employees to offer them engraved award products as a token of appreciation. By rewarding employees individually, everyone will have to work hard so that they can be identified too.
Making the employees feel like they are doing more than their job will greatly improve their morale. By one knowing that their job impact other people positively, they will be psyched to work harder.
