If you are of legal age and wish to purchase products from Township Liquors, you
may order on-line from the Display Room with a credit card, you may send us an email or fax with an order request and we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery, or you may visit us at our Piscataway, NJ location during store hours. Fax and email orders will always require telephone confirmation before they are processed.
Sale Policy: By placing an order on this site, you are certifying that you are at least 21 years of age. Deliveries and shipments must be signed for by individuals who are at least 21 years of age.

Refund Policy: - At Township Liquors we are commited to your complete satisfaction. Please Contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To return an item, please indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip, prepack, insure and mail or ship the package back to us. We will refund or credit the value of any item and any taxes charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy: We process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. On-line orders receive immediate email notification upon placement, followed by email notification upon shipment along with FEDEX
tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated during
checkout, prior to finalizing your order. Unfortunately we
cannot legally ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska,
Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine,
Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma,
Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah
and Wisconsin.
In Store Pickup: When placing an order on-line you have the option of choosing In Store Pickup. You will receive an email notification when your order is available for pickup in our Piscataway, NJ store. Orders must be picked up during regular store hours. |
Confidentiality Policy: Information that you provide to Township Liquors will

be provided to or sold to any outside agency. All purchases are placed on a Secure Server, and all personal information is encrypted and transmitted using Secure Socket Layer technology.
Store
Delivery: We can deliver to most addresses in Middlesex County, and will occasionally make arrangements to deliver elsewhere.
Delivery orders will be for next day delivery. If you need
same day delivery, Township Liquors will do its best to accommodate,
but can not guarantee. Personal home and corporate deliveries
will be made within a 20 mile radius of the store. Delivery
fees are determined by the order and distance. Delivery
cost for orders of $100 or more will be charged as follows:
0 up to 1 mile -
$5
1.1 up to 5 miles -$7
5.1 up to 10 miles - $14 10.1 up to 20
miles - $22
Any orders under
$100, add $7 to delivery costs above. All deliveries will
be charged 7% NJ sales tax as required by law.

Ordering: Our on-line store accepts Visa and Mastercard. Our on-line ordering is over a secure encrypted link. If you're not shopping on-line you may phone, fax or email us your order. Fax and email requests will require telephone confirmation from Township Liquors before the order is packaged and shipped. See our
Contact Page for current telephone numbers. To order a custom basket, click on the link on the basket page to view, print and download an order form. Print or save the form and fill it out, then e-mail it as an attachment or print and fax it. You will be contacted to complete your basket order.
